In 2024, DIANA returned to the European Rover Challenge with its most advanced rover to date: ARDITO Mk IV. The project represented a clear step forward in design maturity, system integration, and mission readiness.
ERC 2024 challenged teams with realistic planetary exploration tasks that demanded reliability, autonomy, and precise control. ARDITO Mk IV was built to meet these demands, incorporating technical upgrades driven by experience from previous editions and rigorous testing.
For the team, this competition was about consistency and refinement. ERC 2024 confirmed ARDITO’s growth as a platform and as a team, reinforcing a long-term vision focused on innovation, resilience, and continuous improvement in space robotics. 🚀
